This refund policy applies to palazzocielo.com, operated by Palazzo Cielo, a brand of Marcus & Sergio, Ltd., located at 81 SE Yamhill Street, Portland, Oregon 97214.

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cielohomepdx.com. Do not send items back without first contacting us — returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us safely and at your own expense. We strongly recommend insuring the return shipment. Palazzo Cielo is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. Damage claims made after 3 days of receipt will not be accepted.

Palazzo Cielo is not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery or as a result of customer handling.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Candles, fragrance, and all personal care or apothecary goods (including soaps, diffusers, room sprays, and similar products), whether opened or unopened.

Perishable goods, including food, flowers, and plants.

Custom or personalized items and special orders.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and items purchased at a discount.

Gift cards.

If you are uncertain whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or, at our discretion, offer store credit. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Palazzo Cielo reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
