This shipping policy applies to palazzocielo.com, operated by Palazzo Cielo, a brand of Marcus & Sergio, Ltd., located at 81 SE Yamhill Street, Portland, Oregon 97214.

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories. If your shipping address falls outside the contiguous United States, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

SHIPPING RATES

We charge a flat shipping rate of $12.99 per order, regardless of order size or weight. This rate applies to all eligible destinations within the contiguous United States.

From time to time, Palazzo Cielo may offer free shipping promotions. Any such promotions will be clearly communicated at checkout and are subject to their own terms and expiration dates. Promotional shipping offers may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Once your order has shipped, please allow 5-8 business days for delivery. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, processing and delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Palazzo Cielo is not responsible for delays caused by carrier operations, weather events, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed if a delay affects your order.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@cielohomepdx.com.

OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY ORDERS

Palazzo Cielo reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any order in the following circumstances: the shipping destination is outside our service area; the actual shipping cost for an order is materially higher than our standard flat rate due to package size, weight, or carrier pricing changes; the item is no longer available or cannot be safely packed and shipped; or any other circumstance that makes fulfillment impractical or impossible in our reasonable judgment.

In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Palazzo Cielo is not liable for any inconvenience resulting from a cancelled order under these circumstances.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available for all online orders at no charge. Palazzo Cielo is located inside Cargo Emporium at 81 SE Yamhill Street, Portland, Oregon 97214.

Pickup hours are 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, seven days a week. Orders are typically ready for pickup within 2 business days of purchase. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

Please bring your order confirmation email when you come to collect your purchase. Orders not picked up within 14 days of the ready notification will be subject to cancellation and restocking at our discretion.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@cielohomepdx.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue at our discretion through replacement or store credit.

Palazzo Cielo is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier before contacting us. We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone is available to receive the package.
